Dear Greening Schools Research Network;
We are looking for your feedback, ideas and suggestions. Recently, The Mayor of Louisville, The President of the University of Louisville and the Superintendent of the Jefferson County Public Schools released the report - "The partnership for a green city"
The Partnership for a Green City (the Partnership Project) began when representatives from three major Louisville entities, JCPS, U of L and Metro Government, came together because of shared common interests and concerns. They found that they shared a vision of a greener, more sustainable
Louisville. The collaborative dialogue and explorative process among these representatives was named the Partnership for a Green City. The Partnership Project itself was the process through which these representatives began building the foundation for their shared vision. The recommendations contained in this report are the key elements of this shared vision.
We are beginning our implementation phase, and would like some critical review of our initial document.
What do people think, Are their initiatives that dovetail with current research that is taking place in your network?
Then click on the partnership for a green city report.
or you can call or email me for a hard copy of the report.
Kind Regards,
David Wicks
