School ground greening and SES: What is the relationship?

For example, how (if at all) does SES affects issues of Funding? Design? Curriculum use? Participation (of students, parents, teachers)? Access? Impacts? If you know of any writing on SES and other environmental education initiatives, that would be helpful as well! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
