Additionally, Innovation Network has created an on-line logic model development tool. In order to use the tool, you must first register on the web site. Other potentially useful evaluation resources are available at this site as well.

Finally, here is a link to many logic modeling resources posted on the Center for Disease Control web site.

Another link takes you to an impact evaluation framework that integrates with the diffussion of innovations ideal.
